1. Nature of the Products (Research Use Only - RUO)

The compounds and peptides marketed by BioXPeptideX are explicitly and exclusively for scientific research and laboratory use (RUO). They are NOT medicines, dietary supplements, food additives, or cosmetic products.

Furthermore, our products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), COFEPRIS (Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risk in Mexico), EMA, or any other global regulatory agency for therapeutic use, diagnosis, cure, mitigation, prevention of disease, or for administration in humans or animals for any medical purposes.

2. Minimum Age Requirements

Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may purchase products on bioxpeptidex.com. By placing an order, you legally declare under oath that you meet this age requirement. BioXPeptideX reserves the right to request official government-issued identification in justified cases prior to order fulfillment.

3. Buyer's Responsibility & Compliance

The buyer assumes total and strict liability for the following:

• Proper storage according to the optimal conditions outlined in the product's technical data sheet.
• Strict compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including Mexico and the USA).
• Comprehensive review of relevant scientific literature and safety protocols prior to handling.
• Responsible and legally compliant disposal of unused material and packaging.

4. Limitation of Liability

BioXPeptideX strictly limits its financial liability to the total value of the purchased product. We explicitly disclaim and assume no responsibility for improper use, personal injury, indirect damages, lost profits, consequential damages, or any legal claims arising from the handling or use of our products outside the strictly stated Research Use Only (RUO) framework.

5. Pricing, Availability, and Currency

Prices are displayed dynamically but base transactions are processed according to our standard operating currencies (e.g., USD or MXN) and are subject to change without prior notice. Product availability is contingent upon actual stock at the precise moment of payment confirmation. In the rare event of inventory depletion between order placement and confirmation, BioXPeptideX will issue a full prompt refund or offer an exchange for a product of equivalent scientific value.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital content hosted on bioxpeptidex.com—including text, Certificates of Analysis (COA), graphics, UI design, and code—is the exclusive intellectual property of BioXPeptideX or its authorized licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use in whole or in part without express written authorization is strictly prohibited, with the sole exception of academic citation requiring proper and clear attribution.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any legal controversy, claim, or dispute arising from the interpretation, execution, or fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico. By using this site, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.

8. Policy Modifications

BioXPeptideX reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at our discretion at any time. Material changes affecting legal rights will be notified to registered users via email at least 15 days in advance of taking effect.
