At BioXPeptideX, our logistics and after-sales systems are highly optimized for researchers and laboratories. By strictly adhering to international and local transport regulations, we ensure the secure, climate-controlled delivery of Research Use Only (RUO) compounds across Mexico.
1. Regulatory Shipping Compliance (RUO)
All products distributed by BioXPeptideX are strictly classified as Research Use Only (RUO). Because our compounds are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or agricultural application, they are exempt from standard pharmaceutical or food transit regulations governed by the FDA, USDA, and COFEPRIS.
To comply with local Mexican law and international chemical transport standards, all shipments are manifested and labeled generically as "Laboratory Samples". This ensures uninterrupted transit through national courier networks while maintaining strict adherence to laboratory supply laws.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Times
We maintain a robust nationwide inventory to guarantee rapid daily shipping. Orders with payments confirmed before 2:00 PM CST are dispatched on the same business day. Payments confirmed after this cutoff will be shipped the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates and Courier Partners
We partner with premier logistics networks including Estafeta, DHL Express, and FedEx. For metropolitan regions, we default to express services featuring real-time tracking.
- Orders under $2,000 MXN: Flat rate of $199 MXN.
- Orders of $2,000 MXN or more: FREE Express Shipping.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an automatic email and WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number. You can also monitor your shipment in real-time via your dashboard at bioxpeptidex.com/account/orders.
4. Cold Chain Packaging Protocol
Maintaining the structural integrity of thermolabile compounds (such as GLP-1 and GIP) is our priority. All packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded boxes equipped with specialized internal cushioning to protect glass vials.
When required for peptide thermal stability, shipments include pharmaceutical-grade gel refrigerants. Our packing protocol guarantees the preservation of the cold chain (2°C to 8°C) for up to 72 hours during transit.
5. Cancellations and Buyer's Remorse
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs. Processing time for pre-shipment cancellations is generally 24-48 hours.
Post-Shipment & Buyer's Remorse
Due to the highly sensitive nature of our products, the strict requirement for uninterrupted cold-chain logistics, and the risk of contamination outside a controlled lab environment, we strictly DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or change of mind once a product has been shipped. This policy is universal among reputable suppliers of RUO peptides to ensure absolute compound integrity for all researchers.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Transit Damage
If your laboratory sample arrives physically damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Please send a clear photograph of the damaged package and vial to our official WhatsApp support channel. Upon verification, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund. We do not require the physical return of compromised, damaged compounds.
Incorrect Items
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please report it within 7 calendar days. We will expedite a free replacement immediately. You may choose to retain or dispose of the incorrect product.
7. Analytical Default Guarantee (COA Compliance)
BioXPeptideX stands firmly behind the purity of our compounds. If, following independent analysis by the buyer (via an in-house HPLC test or a certified third-party laboratory), a batch is proven not to meet the purity specifications declared in our public Certificate of Analysis (COA), we will provide:
- A full replacement of the non-conforming batch.
- A refund for the cost of the third-party analysis (up to $1,500 MXN, verifiable with a valid fiscal invoice).
8. Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are strictly routed back to the original method of payment to prevent financial fraud:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): 5 - 10 business days depending on your issuing bank.
- Bank Transfers (SPEI): 24 - 48 hours to the originating Mexican bank account.
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC): Processed within 24 hours to the originating wallet. (Calculated at the exact BTC/MXN exchange rate valid at the moment the refund is executed).
